The daughter of a children’s art teacher/makeup artist+hair stylist Mary was drawn to the connection between art, fashion, and beauty from a young age. Her creative process focuses on the intuitive and instinctual rather than the technical. Her transfiguration series is a homage to the spiritual journey beyond what you can see and what you can see all at once, the beauty in evolution the shedding of old skin, the feeling of releasing old ways that no longer serve you.
