Veronika Im (b. 1992) is Siberian born artist currently living in New York. She graduated from Novosibirsk University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Her interest ranges from psychology to quantum science and relativistic physics. Throughout her childhood and young age Veronika went through challenging life experiences, which influenced her art vision. The main idea in Veronika’s paintings are gnashing thoughts about thoughts, as of something invisible. The main thread, that weaves through all of her art can be described as “nevyrazimoie”, which, in Russian, means “something that cannot be describe, expressed, something unsaid , or lost in translation”.
